If ye help him not, still Allah helped him when those who disbelieve drove him forth, the second of two; when they two were in the cave, when he said unto his comrade: Grieve not. Lo! Allah is with us. Then Allah caused His peace of reassurance to descend upon him and supported him with hosts ye cannot see, and made the word of those who disbelieved the nethermost, while Allah's Word it was that became the uppermost. If you do not help him, then Allah certainly helped him when the faithless expelled him, as one of two [refugees], when the two of them were in the cave, he said to his companion, [Do not grieve; Allah is indeed with us.] Then Allah sent down His composure upon him, and strengthened him with hosts you did not see, and He made the word of the faithless the lowest; and the word of Allah is the highest; and Allah is all-mighty, all-wise. - Qarai, Ali Quli

If you do not help him, (Muhammad), God has already helped him. When the unbelievers expelled him and he was one of the two people in the cave telling his friend, [Do not worry; God is with us,] then God gave him confidence and supported him with an army which you did not see and He defeated the cause of the disbelievers and made His own cause stand supreme. God is Majestic and All-wise. - Sarwar, Muhammad

If you will not aid him, Allah certainly aided him when those who disbelieved expelled him, he being the second of the two, when they were both in the cave, when he said to his companion: Grieve not, surely Allah is with us. So Allah sent down His tranquillity upon him and strengthened him with hosts which you did not see, and made lowest the word of those who disbelieved; and the word of Allah, that is the highest; and Allah is Mighty, Wise. - Shakir, Habib

If you do not support him [Muhammad], know that God did support him when those who denied the truth expelled him when the two of them were in the cave, he [Muhammad] told his companion, [Do not worry; for God is with us.] So God sent His tranquillity down on him and aided him with forces invisible to you and placed the word of those who disbelieved lowest, while God's word remained supreme. God is powerful and wise. - Wahiduddin Khan

اگر تم پیغمبر کی مدد نہ کرو گے تو ان کی مدد خدا نے کی ہے اس وقت جب کفاّر نے انہیں وطن سے باہر نکال دیا اور وہ ایک شخص کے ساتھ نکلے اور دونوں غار میں تھے تو وہ اپنے ساتھی سے کہہ رہے تھے کہ رنج نہ کرو خدا ہمارے ساتھ ہے پھر خدا نے اپنی طرف سے اپنے پیغمبر پر سکون نازل کردیا اور ان کی تائید ان لشکروں سے کردی جنہیں تم نہ دیکھ سکے اور اللہ ہی نے کفاّر کے کلمہ کو پست بنادیا ہے اور اللہ کا کلمہ درحقیقت بہت بلند ہے کہ وہ صاحب هعزت و غلبہ بھی ہے اور صاحب هحکمت بھی ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

تم نے اگر نبیؐ کی مدد نہ کی تو کچھ پروا نہیں، اللہ اُس کی مدد اس وقت کر چکا ہے جب کافروں نے اسے نکال دیا تھا، جب وہ صرف دو میں کا دوسرا تھا، جب وہ دونوں غار میں تھے، جب وہ اپنی ساتھی سے کہہ رہا تھا کہ ——غم نہ کر، اللہ ہمارے ساتھ ہے—— اُس وقت اللہ نے اس پر اپنی طرف سے سکون قلب نازل کیا اور اس کی مدد ایسے لشکروں سے کی جو تم کو نظر نہ آتے تھے اور کافروں کا بول نیچا کر دیا اور اللہ کا بول تو اونچا ہی ہے، اللہ زبردست اور دانا و بینا ہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اگر تم محبوب کی مدد نہ کرو تو بیشک اللہ نے ان کی مدد فرمائی جب کافروں کی شرارت سے انہیں باہر تشریف لے جانا ہوا صرف دو جان سے جب وہ دونوں غار میں تھے جب اپنے یار سے فرماتے تھے غم نہ کھا بیشک اللہ ہمارے ساتھ ہے تو اللہ نے اس پر اپنا سکینہ اتارا اور ان فوجوں سے اس کی مدد کی جو تم نے نہ دیکھیں اور کافروں کی بات نیچے ڈالی اللہ ہی کا بول بالا ہے اور اللہ غالب حکمت والا ہے، - Ahmed Raza

اور اگر تم ان (رسول(ص)) کی نصرت نہیں کروگے (تو نہ کرو) اللہ نے ان کی اس وقت نصرت کی جب کافروں نے ان کو (وطن سے) نکال دیا تھا۔ اور آپ دو میں سے دوسرے تھے۔ جب دونوں غار میں تھے اس وقت وہ اپنے ساتھی سے کہہ رہے تھے کہ غمگین نہ ہو یقینا اللہ ہمارے ساتھ ہے۔ سو اللہ نے ان (رسول(ص)) پر اپنی تسکین نازل کی اور ان کی ایسے لشکروں سے مدد کی جن کو تم نے نہیں دیکھا۔ اور اللہ نے کافروں کے بول کو نیچا کر دیا اور اللہ کا بول ہی بالا ہے۔ اور اللہ زبردست ہے بڑا حکمت والا ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
