They had naught against them save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Owner of Praise,

The Entity to Whom belongs ownership of the heavens and the Land; and the One upon all things is a witness.

Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness.

لَمْ
not
يَتُوبُوا۟
they make up for it,
فَلَهُمْ
thus for them
عَذَابُ
punishment of
جَهَنَّمَ
an atrocious life,
وَلَهُمْ
and for them
عَذَابُ
punishment of
ٱلْحَرِيقِ
constant restlessness.
٨٥
١٠
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا۟ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا۟ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ ٱلْحَرِيقِ
Surely the ones who hurt the trust-worthy men and the trust-worthy women, then not they make up for it, thus for them punishment of an atrocious life, and for them punishment of constant restlessness.

Lo! they who persecute believing men and believing women and repent not, theirs verily will be the doom of hell, and theirs the doom of burning.

Indeed those who persecute the faithful, men and women, and do not repent thereafter, there is the punishment of hell for them and the punishment of burning.

This website is a work of passion. It exists only for a couple of reasons:

1) I wanted to understand the Book without involving any second-party sources of guidance i.e. exegesis, or Asbab-e-Nuzul, or extra-Quranic ahadith, etc.
2) You must also know what the bare truth is, so we can work together.

Because the process must be transparent, the entire website is available for you to download. You can go through the code, and if you can make any improvements to this process, you are most welcome to. It is a humble request to update me regarding the improvements so I can also update myself.




Due Credits:

This website was possible by help of many people and forums who helped me to learn Arabic, Philosophy, Law, Psychology, and PHP and other Web scripts. To be honest, I do not even know the names of many but I did learn from them. Some of these people were already dead by the time I read their input.

The entire code of this website is available for the same reason, that what they taught me, I can only pay it forward.


The Arabic text of the Quran was obtained from Tanzil. The additional translations were also obtained from Tanzil from this link.

The social-sharing images of verses were obtained from Legacy Quran.com, and were then resized for proper social-media display.
