عَلَيْكُمْ

ءَايَٰتِى

وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ

لِقَآءَ

يَوْمِكُمْ

هَٰذَا

شَهِدْنَا

عَلَىٰٓ

أَنفُسِنَا

وَغَرَّتْهُمُ

ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ

ٱلدُّنْيَا

وَشَهِدُوا۟

عَلَىٰٓ

أَنفُسِهِمْ

أَنَّهُمْ

كَانُوا۟

كَٰفِرِينَ

يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌۭ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ ءَايَٰتِى وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا ۚ قَالُوا۟ شَهِدْنَا عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِنَا ۖ وَغَرَّتْهُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَشَهِدُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ كَٰفِرِينَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

O ye assembly of the jinn and humankind! Came there not unto you messengers of your own who recounted unto you My tokens and warned you of the meeting of this your Day? They will say: We testify against ourselves. And the life of the world beguiled them. And they testify against themselves that they were disbelievers. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

[O company of jinn and humans! Did there not come to you apostles from yourselves, recounting to you My signs and warning you of the encounter of this Day?] They will say, [We testify against ourselves.] The life of this world had deceived them, and they will testify against themselves that they had been faithless. - Qarai, Ali Quli

When people and jinn are asked, [Did not Messengers from your own people come to you to convey Our revelations and to warn you of the Day of Resurrection?] They will reply, [(Yes indeed).] The worldly life deceived them. They will testify that they were unbelievers. - Sarwar, Muhammad

O assembly of jinn and men! did there not come to you apostles from among you, relating to you My communications and warning you of the meeting of this day of yours? They shall say: We bear witness against ourselves; and this world's life deceived them, and they shall bear witness against their own souls that they were unbelievers. - Shakir, Habib

اے گروہ جن و انس کیا تمہارے پاس تم میں سے رسول نہیں آئے جو ہماری آیتوں کو بیان کرتے اور تمہیں آج کے دن کی ملاقات سے ڈراتے -وہ کہیں گے کہ ہم خود اپنے خلاف گواہ ہیں اور ان کو زندگانی دنیا نے دھوکہ میں ڈال رکھا تھا انہوں نے خود اپنے خلاف گواہی دی کہ وہ کافر تھے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

(اس موقع پر اللہ ان سے پوچھے گا کہ) ——اے گروہ جن وانس، کیا تمہارے پاس خود تم ہی میں سے وہ پیغمبر نہیں آئے تھے جو تم کو میری آیات سناتے اور اِس دن کے انجام سے ڈراتے تھے؟—— وہ کہیں گے ——ہاں، ہم اپنے خلاف خود گواہی دیتے ہیں—— آج دنیا کی زندگی نے اِن لوگوں کو دھوکے میں ڈال رکھا ہے، مگر اُس وقت وہ خود اپنے خلاف گواہی دیں گے کہ وہ کافر تھے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اے جنوں اور آدمیوں کے گروہ! کیا تمہارے پاس تم میں کے رسول نہ آئے تھے تم پر میری آیتیں پڑھتے اور تمہیں یہ دن دیکھنے سے ڈراتے کہیں گے ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر گواہی دی اور انہیں دنیا کی زندگی نے فریب دیا اور خود اپنی جانوں پر گواہی دیں گے کہ وہ کافر تھے - Ahmed Raza

اے گروہِ جن و انس! کیا تمہارے پاس تم ہی میں سے (میرے) کچھ رسول نہیں آئے تھے جو تمہیں میری آیتیں سناتے تھے۔ اور تمہیں اس دن کی پیشی سے ڈراتے تھے؟ وہ جواب میں کہیں گے کہ ہم اپنے خلاف گواہی دیتے ہیں ان کو دنیوی زندگی نے دھوکہ میں مبتلا کر دیا تھا اور اب وہ اپنے خلاف گواہی دیں گے کہ وہ بے شک کافر تھے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
