Al Ra'aad

The Thunder

◉[ 13 / 17 ] — الرعد | The Thunder

Sends down

from

the sky

water

thus filled

the valleys

by their measure,

then carried

the torrent

foam

that builds up;

and from what

they kindle

upon it

the fire

seeking

other states

amenities of

froth

like it;

that is how

puts forth

God

the fact

and the fiction;

then as for

the froth,

thus is left out

being stale;

while then

what

benefits

the people

thus remains

the land;

that is how

puts forth

God

the examples.

For those who

respond

to their Rabb

is the goodness;

while the ones who

do not

respond

for them,

even

for them is

what is

the land

collectively

and (more) like it

with it

to redeem

through it,

those are

on whom is

malady of

the calculation

and their refuge is

hell;

and miserable is

the place.

Is it that one who

knows

indeed what

was sent down

towards you

from

your Rabb of

the fact,

is like someone

who is

blindfolded?

It is

remembered by

the foremost of

the thoughtful ones.

The ones who

abide

by oath of

the One

and who do not

break

the covenant.

And the ones who

enjoin

what

has commanded

the One

regarding it

that

which should be joined,

and they are afraid of

their Rabb,

and they are anxious of

malady of

the final calculation.
