وَهُوَ
And He is
ٱلَّذِىٓ
the Entity who
أَنشَأَكُم
produced you
مِّن
from
نَّفْسٍۢ
a psyche
وَٰحِدَةٍۢ
that is singular,
فَمُسْتَقَرٌّۭ
thus being stable
وَمُسْتَوْدَعٌۭ
and being a repository;
ۗ
قَدْ
certainly
فَصَّلْنَا
We detail
ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ
the signs
لِقَوْمٍۢ
for a nation
يَفْقَهُونَ
who can grasp.
٦
٩٨
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍۢ وَٰحِدَةٍۢ فَمُسْتَقَرٌّۭ وَمُسْتَوْدَعٌۭ ۗ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ لِقَوْمٍۢ يَفْقَهُونَ And He is the Entity who produced you from a psyche that is singular, thus being stable and being a repository; certainly We detail the signs for a nation who can grasp.

And He it is Who hath produced you from a single being, and (hath given you) a habitation and a repository. We have detailed Our revelations for a people who have understanding. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

It is He who created you from a single soul, then there is the [enduring] abode and the place of temporary lodging. We have certainly elaborated the signs for a people who understand. - Qarai, Ali Quli

اور وہی ہے جس نے ایک متنفس سے تم کو پید ا کیا پھر ہر ایک کے لیے ایک جائے قرار ہے اور ایک اس کے سونپے جانے کی جگہ یہ نشانیاں ہم نے واضح کر دی ہیں اُن لوگوں کے لیے جو سمجھ بوجھ رکھتے ہیں - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور وہی ہے جس نے تم کو ایک جان سے پیدا کیا پھر کہیں تمہیں ٹھہرنا ہے اور کہیں امانت رہنا بیشک ہم نے مفصل آیتیں بیان کردیں سمجھ والوں کے لیے، - Ahmed Raza

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۭ فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِۦ نَبَاتَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ فَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهُ خَضِرًۭا نُّخْرِجُ مِنْهُ حَبًّۭا مُّتَرَاكِبًۭا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّخْلِ مِن طَلْعِهَا قِنْوَانٌۭ دَانِيَةٌۭ وَجَنَّٰتٍۢ مِّنْ أَعْنَابٍۢ وَٱلزَّيْتُونَ وَٱلرُّمَّانَ مُشْتَبِهًۭا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَٰبِهٍ ۗ ٱنظُرُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ ثَمَرِهِۦٓ إِذَآ أَثْمَرَ وَيَنْعِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكُمْ لَـَٔايَٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُؤْمِنُونَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

He it is Who sendeth down water from the sky, and therewith We bring forth buds of every kind; We bring forth the green blade from which We bring forth the thick-clustered grain; and from the date-palm, from the pollen thereof, spring pendant bunches; and (We bring forth) gardens of grapes, and the olive and the pomegranate, alike and unlike. Look upon the fruit thereof, when they bear fruit, and upon its ripening. Lo! herein verily are portents for a people who believe. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

It is He who sends down water from the sky, and brings forth with it every kind of growing thing. Then from it We bring forth vegetation from which We produce the grain, in clusters, and from the palm-tree, from the spathes of it, low-hanging clusters [of dates], and gardens of grapes, olives and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Look at its fruit as it fructifies and ripens. Indeed, there are signs in that for a people who have faith. - Qarai, Ali Quli

It is He who has sent water down from the sky to let all kinds of plants grow; the vegetables with accumulated grains; palm-trees from which appear clusters of dates within easy reach; vineyards, olive groves, and pomegranates of all types. See the fruits when they are growing and when they are ripe. This, too, is evidence (of the existence of God) for those who believe. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And He it is Who sends down water from the cloud, then We bring forth with it buds of all (plants), then We bring forth from it green (foliage) from which We produce grain piled up (in the ear); and of the palm-tree, of the sheaths of it, come forth clusters (of dates) within reach, and gardens of grapes and olives and pomegranates, alike and unlike; behold the fruit of it when it yields the fruit and the ripening of it; most surely there are signs in this for a people who believe. - Shakir, Habib

وہی خدا وہ ہے جس نے آسمان سے پانی نازل کیا ہے پھر ہم نے ہر شے کے کوئے نکالے پھر ہری بھری شاخیں نکالیں جس سے ہم گتھے ہوئے دانے نکالتے ہیں اور کھجور کے شگوفے سے لٹکتے ہوئے گچھےّ پیدا کئے اور انگور و زیتون اور انار کے باغات پیدا کئے جو شکل میں ملتے جلتے اور مزہ میں بالکل الگ الگ ہیں -ذرا اس کے پھل اور اس کے پکنے کی طرف غور سے دیکھو کہ اس میں صاحبان هایمان کے لئے کتنی نشانیاں پائی جاتی ہیں - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اور وہی ہے جس نے آسمان سے پانی برسایا، پھر اس کے ذریعہ سے ہر قسم کی نباتات اگائی، پھر اس سے ہرے ہرے کھیت اور درخت پیدا کیے، پھر ان سے تہ بہ تہ چڑھے ہوئے دانے نکالے اور کھجور کے شگوفوں سے پھلوں کے گچھے کے گچھے پیدا کیے جو بوجھ کے مارے جھکے پڑتے ہیں، اور انگور، زیتون اور انار کے باغ لگائے جن کے پھل ایک دوسرے سے ملتے جلتے بھی ہیں اور پھر اُن کے پکنے کی کیفیت ذرا غور کی نظر سے دیکھو، اِن چیزوں میں نشانیاں ہیں اُن لوگوں کے لیے جو ایمان لاتے ہیں - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور وہی ہے جس نے آسمان سے پانی اُتارا، تو ہم نے اس سے ہر اُگنے والی چیز نکالی تو ہم نے اس سے نکالی سبزی جس میں سے دانے نکالتے ہیں ایک دوسرے پر چڑھے ہوئے اور کھجور کے گابھے سے پاس پاس گچھے اور انگور کے باغ اور زیتون اور انار کسی بات میں ملتے اور کسی بات میں الگ، اس کا پھل دیکھو جب پھلے اور اس کا پکنا بیشک اس میں نشانیاں ہیں ایمان والوں کے لیے، - Ahmed Raza

وہ وہی تو ہے جس نے آسمان کی (بلندی) سے پانی نازل کیا پھر ہم نے اس کے ذریعہ سے ہر قسم کے نباتات اگائے پھر اس سے ہری بھری شاخیں نکالیں کہ ہم اس سے تہہ بہ تہہ (گھتے ہوئے) دانے نکالتے ہیں اور کھجور کے درختوں سے یعنی ان کے شگوفوں سے گچھے نکالتے ہیں جو زمین کی طرف جھکے ہوئے ہیں اور ہم نے انگور، زیتون اور انار کے باغات پیدا کئے جو باہم مشابہ بھی ہیں اور غیر مشابہ بھی اور اس کے پھل کو دیکھو جب وہ پھلتا ہے اور اس کے (پکنے کی کیفیت) کو دیکھو اور بے شک اس میں ایمان لانے والوں کے لئے (اللہ کی توحید و قدرت کی) نشانیاں ہیں۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

وَجَعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ شُرَكَآءَ ٱلْجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُمْ ۖ وَخَرَقُوا۟ لَهُۥ بَنِينَ وَبَنَٰتٍۭ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍۢ ۚ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

Yet they ascribe as partners unto Him the jinn, although He did create them, and impute falsely, without knowledge, sons and daughters unto Him. Glorified be He and High Exalted above (all) that they ascribe (unto Him). - Pickthall, Marmaduke

They make the jinn partners of Allah, though He has created them, and carve out sons and daughters for Him, without any knowledge. Immaculate is He and exalted above what they allege [concerning Him]! - Qarai, Ali Quli

(Some) people considered the jinn to be equal to God even though God created them and they unknowingly ascribed to Him children, both boys and girls. God is too glorious to have the attributes which they ascribe to Him. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And they make the jinn associates with Allah, while He created them, and they falsely attribute to Him sons and daughters without knowledge; glory be to Him, and highly exalted is He above what they ascribe (to Him). - Shakir, Habib

They have set up jinns as associates with God, even though He created them! They have even dared, in their ignorance, to attribute sons and daughters to Him. Hallowed be He and exalted far above what they ascribe to Him, - Wahiduddin Khan

اور ان لوگوں نے جنّات کو خدا کا شریک بنادیا ہے حالانکہ خدا نے انہیں پیدا کیا ہے پھر اس کے لئے بغیر جانے بوجھے بیٹے اور بیٹیاں بھی تیار کردی ہیں .جب کہ وہ بے نیاز اور ان کے بیان کردہ اوصاف سے کہیں زیادہ بلند وبالا ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اِس پر بھی لوگوں نے جنوں کو اللہ کا شریک ٹھیرا دیا، حالانکہ وہ اُن کا خالق ہے، اور بے جانے بوجھے اس کے لیے بیٹے اور بیٹیاں تصنیف کر دیں، حالانکہ وہ پاک اور بالا تر ہے اُن باتوں سے جو یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور اللہ کا شریک ٹھہرایا جنوں کو حالانکہ اسی نے ان کو بنایا اور اس کے لیے بیٹے اور بیٹیاں گڑھ لیں جہالت سے، پاکی اور برتری ہے اس کو ان کی باتوں سے، - Ahmed Raza

ٱللَّهُ

خَٰلِقُ
Creator of
كُلِّ
all
شَىْءٍۢ
things,
فَٱعْبُدُوهُ
so be in His servitude;
ۚ
وَهُوَ
and He is
عَلَىٰ
upon
كُلِّ
all
شَىْءٍۢ
things
وَكِيلٌۭ
an administrator.

١٠٢
ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ ۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ فَٱعْبُدُوهُ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ وَكِيلٌۭ That for you is the One, your Rabb; no unchallenged master except Him; Creator of all things, so be in His servitude; and He is upon all things an administrator.

Such is Allah, your Lord. There is no Allah save Him, the Creator of all things, so worship Him. And He taketh care of all things. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Proofs have come unto you from your Lord, so whoso seeth, it is for his own good, and whoso is blind is blind to his own hurt. And I am not a keeper over you. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

[Say,] [Certainly insights have come to you from your Lord. So whoever sees, it is to the benefit of his own soul, and whoever remains blind, it is to its detriment, and I am not a keeper over you.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

(Muhammad), tell them, [Clear proofs have certainly come to you from your Lord. Whoever tries to understand it will gain much but those who ignore it will only harm themselves. I am not (supposed) to watch over you (all the time)]. - Sarwar, Muhammad

وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ وَلِيَقُولُوا۟ دَرَسْتَ وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ لِقَوْمٍۢ يَعْلَمُونَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]
⦿
Thus do We display Our revelations that they may say (unto thee, Muhammad): [Thou hast studied,] and that We may make (it) clear for people who have knowledge. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Thus do We paraphrase the signs variously, lest they should say, [You have received instruction,] and so that We may make it clear for a people who have knowledge. - Qarai, Ali Quli
⦿
Thus do We explain Our revelations to them. Let them say,]You have learned (those statements) from other people.] We want to explain Our revelations only to those who have knowledge. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And thus do We repeat the communications and that they may say: You have read; and that We may make it clear to a people who know. - Shakir, Habib

ٱتَّبِعْ مَآ أُوحِىَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ Follow what is revealed to you from your Rabb; no unchallenged master except Him; and excuse yourself from the ones who add partners.

Follow that which is inspired in thee from thy Lord; there is no Allah save Him; and turn away from the idolaters. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

We have made you
عَلَيْهِمْ
upon them
حَفِيظًۭا
a guardian;
ۖ
وَمَآ
and not
أَنتَ
you are
عَلَيْهِم
upon them
بِوَكِيلٍۢ
an advocator.

١٠٧
وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشْرَكُوا۟ ۗ وَمَا جَعَلْنَٰكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًۭا ۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍۢ And if wills the One, not they would add partners; and not We have made you upon them a guardian; and not you are upon them an advocator.
⦿
Had Allah willed, they had not been idolatrous. We have not set thee as a keeper over them, nor art thou responsible for them. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Had Allah wished they would not have ascribed partners [to Him]. We have not made you a caretaker for them, nor is it your duty to watch over them. - Qarai, Ali Quli
⦿
Had God wanted, they would not consider anything equal to Him. God has not appointed you to watch over them nor are you their guardian. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And if Allah had pleased, they would not have set up others (with Him) and We have not appointed you a keeper over them, and you are not placed in charge of them. - Shakir, Habib

Revile not those unto whom they pray beside Allah lest they wrongfully revile Allah through ignorance. Thus unto every nation have We made their deed seem fair. Then unto their Lord is their return, and He will tell them what they used to do. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Do not abuse those whom they invoke besides Allah, lest they should abuse Allah out of hostility, without any knowledge. That is how to every people We have made their conduct seem decorous. Then their return will be to their Lord and He will inform them concerning what they used to do. - Qarai, Ali Quli

Believers, do not say bad words against the idols lest they (pagans) in their hostility and ignorance say such words against God. We have made every nation's deeds seem attractive to them. One day they will all return to their Lord who will inform them of all that they have done. - Sarwar, Muhammad

اور خبردار تم لوگ انہیں برا بھلا نہ کہو جن کو یہ لوگ خدا کو چھوڑ کر پکارتے ہیں کہ اس طرح یہ دشمنی میں بغیر سمجھے بوجھے خدا کو برا بھلا کہیں گے ہم نے اسی طرح ہر قوم کے لئے اس کے عمل کو آراستہ کردیا ہے اس کے بعد سب کی بازگشت پروردگار ہی کی بارگاہ میں ہے اور وہی سب کو ان کے اعمال کے بارے میں باخبر کرے گا - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اور (اے ایمان لانے والو!) یہ لوگ اللہ کے سوا جن کو پکارتے ہیں انہیں گالیاں نہ دو، کہیں ایسا نہ ہو کہ یہ شرک سے آگے بڑھ کر جہالت کی بنا پر اللہ کو گالیاں دینے لگیں ہم نے اسی طرح ہر گروہ کے لیے اس کے عمل کو خوشنما بنا دیا ہے پھر انہیں اپنے رب ہی کی طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے، اُس وقت وہ اُنہیں بتا دے گا کہ وہ کیا کرتے رہے ہیں - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور انہیں گالی نہ دو وہ جن کو وہ اللہ کے سوا پوجتے ہیں کہ وہ اللہ کی شان میں بے ادبی کریں گے زیادتی اور جہالت سے یونہی ہم نے ہر اُمت کی نگاہ میں اس کے عمل بھلے کردیے ہیں پھر انہیں اپنے رب کی طرف پھرنا ہے اور وہ انہیں بتادے گا جو کرتے تھے، - Ahmed Raza

اور (خبردار) تم ان کو گالیاں نہ دو جن کو یہ اللہ کے سوا پکارتے ہیں ورنہ یہ لوگ اپنی جہالت و ناسمجھی کی بنا پر حد سے گزر کر اللہ کو گالیاں دیں گے۔ اسی طرح ہم نے ہر گروہ کے عمل کو (اس کی نظروں میں) آراستہ کیا ہے۔ پھر ان کی بازگشت ان کے پروردگار کی طرف ہے پھر وہ انہیں بتائے گا جو کچھ وہ کیا کرتے تھے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
