ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟
Know
أَنَّ
that
ٱللَّهَ
the One is
شَدِيدُ
severe of
ٱلْعِقَابِ
the chase,
وَأَنَّ
and that
ٱللَّهَ
the One is
غَفُورٌۭ
forgiving,
رَّحِيمٌۭ
merciful.
Know that the One is severe of the chase, and that the One is forgiving, merciful.

Not
عَلَى
upon
ٱلرَّسُولِ
the messenger is
إِلَّا
except
ٱلْبَلَٰغُ
the broadcast;
ۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
and the One
يَعْلَمُ
knows
مَا
what
تُبْدُونَ
you reveal
وَمَا
and what
تَكْتُمُونَ
you hide.
Not upon the messenger is except the broadcast; and the One knows what you reveal and what you hide.

The duty of the messenger is only to convey (the message). Allah knoweth what ye proclaim and what ye hide. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

قُل
Say,
لَّا
[Not
يَسْتَوِى
are equal
ٱلْخَبِيثُ
the putrid
وَٱلطَّيِّبُ
and the pure,
وَلَوْ
even if
أَعْجَبَكَ
amazes you
كَثْرَةُ
plenty
ٱلْخَبِيثِ
the putrid;
ۚ
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
then be aware of
ٱللَّهَ
the One,
يَٰٓأُو۟لِى
o you of
ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ
the intellectual people,
لَعَلَّكُمْ
that perhaps you
تُفْلِحُونَ
be successful.]

١٠٠
قُل لَّا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْخَبِيثُ وَٱلطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ ٱلْخَبِيثِ ۚ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ يَٰٓأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ Say, [Not are equal the putrid and the pure, even if amazes you plenty the putrid; then be aware of the One, o you of the intellectual people, that perhaps you be successful.]

Say: The evil and the good are not alike even though the plenty of the evil attract thee. So be mindful of your duty to Allah, O men of understanding, that ye may succeed. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Say, [The good and the bad are not equal, though the abundance of the bad should amaze you.] So be wary of Allah, O you who possess intellect, so that you may be felicitous! - Qarai, Ali Quli

(Muhammad), say to them, [The pure and filthy are not the same even though the abundance of filth may attract you. Men of reason, have fear of God so that you may have eternal happiness.] - Sarwar, Muhammad

Say: The bad and the good are not equal, though the abundance of the bad may please you; so be careful of (your duty to) Allah, O men of understanding, that you may be successful. - Shakir, Habib

پیغمبر آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ خبیث اور پاکیزہ برابر نہیں ہوسکتے ,چاہے خبیث کی کثرت اچھی ہی کیوں نہ لگے صاحبان عقل اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو شاید کہ تم اس طرح کامیاب ہوجاؤ - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اے پیغمبرؐ! اِن سے کہہ دو کہ پاک اور ناپاک بہر حال یکساں نہیں ہیں خواہ ناپاک کی بہتا ت تمہیں کتنا ہی فریفتہ کرنے والی ہو، پس اے لوگو جو عقل رکھتے ہو! اللہ کی نافرمانی سے بچتے رہو، امید ہے کہ تمہیں فلاح نصیب ہوگی - Maududi, Abul A'ala

تم فرمادو کہ گندہ اور ستھرا برابر نہیں اگرچہ تجھے گندے کی کثرت بھائے، تو اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو اے عقل والو! کہ تم فلاح پاؤ، - Ahmed Raza

کہہ دیجیے کہ خبیث (ناپاک) اور طیب (پاک) برابر نہیں ہو سکتے اگرچہ خبیث (ناپاک) کی کثرت اور بہتات تمہیں تعجب میں بھی ڈال دے (تمہیں بھلی لگے) اے عقل والو! خدا کی نافرمانی سے ڈرو تاکہ تم فلاح پاؤ۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
