مُّجْرِمِينَ

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَفَلَمْ تَكُنْ ءَايَٰتِى تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ وَكُنتُمْ قَوْمًۭا مُّجْرِمِينَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And as for those who disbelieved (it will be said unto them): Were not Our revelations recited unto you? But ye were scornful and became a guilty folk. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

But as for the faithless, [they will be asked,] [Were not My signs recited to you? But you were disdainful, and you were a guilty lot. - Qarai, Ali Quli

To the unbelievers the Lord will say, [Were not Our revelations recited to you and did not you arrogantly reject them? You were a sinful people]. - Sarwar, Muhammad

As to those who disbelieved: What! were not My communications recited to you? But you were proud and you were a guilty people. - Shakir, Habib

But those who rejected the truth [will be asked], [When My revelations were recited to you, were you not arrogant and did you not persist in wicked deeds? - Wahiduddin Khan

اور جن لوگوں نے کفر اختیار کیا تو کیا تمہارے سامنے ہماری آیات کی تلاوت نہیں ہورہی تھی لیکن تم نے اکڑ سے کام لیا اور بیشک تم ایک مجرم قوم تھے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا تھا اُن سے کہا جائے گا ——کیا میری آیات تم کو نہیں سنائی جاتی تھیں؟ مگر تم نے تکبر کیا اور مجرم بن کر رہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور جو کافر ہوئے ان سے فرمایا جائے گا، کیا نہ تھا کہ میری آیتیں تم پر پڑھی جاتی تھیں تو تم تکبر کرتے تھے اور تم مجرم لوگ تھے، - Ahmed Raza

And when it was said: Lo! Allah's promise is the truth, and there is no doubt of the Hour's coming, ye said: We know not what the Hour is. We deem it naught but a conjecture, and we are by no means convinced. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

And when it was said, Surely the promise of Allah is true and as for the hour, there is no doubt about it, you said: We do not know what the hour is; we do not think (that it will come to pass) save a passing thought, and we are not at all sure. - Shakir, Habib

And the evils of what they did will appear unto them, and that which they used to deride will befall them. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

اور ان کے لئے ان کے اعمال کی برائیاں ثابت ہوگئیں اور انہیں اسی عذاب نے گھیر لیا جس کا وہ مذاق اڑایا کرتے تھے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اُس وقت اُن پر ان کے اعمال کی برائیاں کھل جائیں گی اور وہ اُسی چیز کے پھیر میں آ جائیں گے جس کا وہ مذاق اڑایا کرتے تھے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور ان پر کھل گئیں ان کے کاموں کی برائیاں اور انہیں گھیرلیا اس عذاب نے جس کی ہنسی بناتے تھے، - Ahmed Raza

لَكُم

مِّن

نَّٰصِرِينَ

وَقِيلَ ٱلْيَوْمَ نَنسَىٰكُمْ كَمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا وَمَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And it will be said: This day We forget you, even as ye forgot the meeting of this your day; and your habitation is the Fire, and there is none to help you. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

And it will be said, [Today We will forget you, just as you forgot the encounter of this day of yours. The Fire will be your abode, and you will not have any helpers. - Qarai, Ali Quli

They will be told, [On this day We shall forget you in the same way that you had forgotten your coming into Our presence. Your dwelling will be hell fire and no one will help you. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And it shall be said: Today We forsake you as you neglected the meeting of this day of yours and your abode is the fire, and there are not for you any helpers: - Shakir, Habib

It will be said to them, [This Day We shall forget you, as you yourselves forgot that you would meet this Day. Your abode shall be the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. - Wahiduddin Khan

اور ان سے کہا گیا کہ ہم تمہیں آج اسی طرح نظر انداز کردیں گے جس طرح تم نے آج کے دن کی ملاقات کو بھلادیا تھا اور تم سب کا انجام جہّنم ہے اور تمہارا کوئی مددگار نہیں ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اور ان سے کہہ دیا جائے گا کہ ——آج ہم بھی اُسی طرح تمہیں بھلائے دیتے ہیں جس طرح تم اِس دن کی ملاقات کو بھول گئے تھے تمہارا ٹھکانا اب دوزخ ہے اور کوئی تمہاری مدد کرنے والا نہیں ہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور فرمایا جائے گا آج ہم تمہیں چھوڑدیں گے جیسے تم اپنے اس دن کے ملنے کو بھولے ہوئے تھے اور تمہارا ٹھکانا آ گ ہے اور تمہارا کوئی مددگار نہیں - Ahmed Raza

ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذْتُمْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوًۭا وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُخْرَجُونَ مِنْهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

This, forasmuch as ye made the revelations of Allah a jest, and the life of the world beguiled you. Therefor this day they come not forth from thence, nor can they make amends. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

That is because you took the signs of Allah in derision, and the life of the world had deceived you.] So today, they will not be brought out of it, nor will they be asked to propitiate [Allah]. - Qarai, Ali Quli

This is only because you had mocked the revelations of God and the worldly life had deceived you. On this day they will not be taken out of hell, nor will they be granted any favors. - Sarwar, Muhammad

That is because you took the communications of Allah for a jest and the life of this world deceived you. So on that day they shall not be brought forth from it, nor shall they be granted goodwill. - Shakir, Habib

یہ سب اس لئے ہے کہ تم نے آیات الہٰی کا مذاق بنایا تھا اور تمہیں زندگانی دنیا نے دھوکے میں رکھا تھا تو آج یہ لوگ عذاب سے باہرنہیں نکالے جائیں گے اور انہیں معافی مانگنے کا موقع بھی نہیں دیا جائے گا - Jawadi, Zeeshan

یہ تمہارا انجام اس لیے ہوا ہے کہ تم نے اللہ کی آیات کا مذاق بنا لیا تھا اور تمہیں دنیا کی زندگی نے دھوکے میں ڈال دیا تھا لہٰذا آج نہ یہ لوگ دوزخ سے نکالے جائیں گے اور نہ ان سے کہا جائے گا کہ معافی مانگ کر اپنے رب کو راضی کرو—— - Maududi, Abul A'ala

یہ اس لیے کہ تم نے اللہ کی آیتوں کا ٹھٹھا (مذاق) بنایا اور دنیا کی زندگی نے تمہیں فریب دیا تو آج نہ وہ آگ سے نکالے جائیں اور نہ ان سے کوئی منانا چاہے - Ahmed Raza

یہ اس لئے کہ تم نے اللہ کی آیتوں کامذاق اڑایا تھا اوردنیاوی زندگی نے تمہیں دھوکہ میں مبتلا کیا۔ پس وہ آج نہ تو اس (دوزخ) سے نکالے جائیں گے اور نہ ان کو معذرت (خدا کو راضی) کرنے کاموقع دیا جائے گا۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
