وَمَن يَكْسِبْ خَطِيٓـَٔةً أَوْ إِثْمًۭا ثُمَّ يَرْمِ بِهِۦ بَرِيٓـًۭٔا فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلَ بُهْتَٰنًۭا وَإِثْمًۭا مُّبِينًۭا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]
⦿
And whoso committeth a delinquency or crime, then throweth (the blame) thereof upon the innocent, hath burdened himself with falsehood and a flagrant crime. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

But someone who commits an iniquity or sin and then accuses an innocent person of it, is indeed guilty of calumny and a flagrant sin. - Qarai, Ali Quli

But for the grace of Allah upon thee (Muhammad), and His mercy, a party of them had resolved to mislead thee, but they will mislead only themselves and they will hurt thee not at all. Allah revealeth unto thee the Scripture and wisdom, and teacheth thee that which thou knewest not. The grace of Allah toward thee hath been infinite. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Were it not for Allah]s grace and His mercy on you, a group of them were bent on leading you astray; but they do not mislead anyone except themselves, and they cannot do you any harm. Were it not for the favor and mercy of God, some of them would have certainly tried to make you (Muhammad) go astray. However, they cannot lead any one astray but themselves nor can they harm you. God has revealed the Book to you, has given you wisdom, and has taught you what you did not know. Certainly God's favor to you has been great. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And were it not for Allah's grace upon you and His mercy a party of them had certainly designed to bring you to perdition and they do not bring (aught) to perdition but their own souls, and they shall not harm you in any way, and Allah has revealed to you the Book and the wisdom, and He has taught you what you did not know, and Allah's grace on you is very great. - Shakir, Habib

اے نبیؐ! اگر اللہ کا فضل تم پر نہ ہوتا اور اس کی رحمت تمہارے شامل حال نہ ہوتی تو ان میں سے ایک گروہ نے تو تمہیں غلط فہمی میں مبتلا کرنے کا فیصلہ کر ہی لیا تھا، حالاں کہ در حقیقت وہ خود اپنے سوا کسی کو غلط فہمی میں مبتلا نہیں کر رہے تھے اور تمہارا کوئی نقصان نہ کرسکتے تھے اللہ نے تم پر کتاب اور حکمت نازل کی ہے اور تم کو وہ کچھ بتایا ہے جو تمہیں معلوم نہ تھا اور اس کا فضل تم پر بہت ہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور اے محبوب! اگر اللہ کا فضل و رحمت تم پر نہ ہوتا تو ان میں کے کچھ لوگ یہ چاہتے کہ تمہیں دھوکا دے دیں اور وہ اپنے ہی آپ کو بہکا رہے ہیں اور تمہارا کچھ نہ بگاڑیں گے اور اللہ نے تم پر کتاب اور حکمت اتاری اور تمہیں سکھا دیا جو کچھ تم نہ جانتے تھے اور اللہ کا تم پر بڑا فضل ہے - Ahmed Raza

There is no good in much of their secret conferences save (in) him who enjoineth almsgiving and kindness and peace-making among the people. Whoso doeth that, seeking the good pleasure of Allah, We shall bestow on him a vast reward. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

لوگوں کی خفیہ سرگوشیوں میں اکثر و بیشتر کوئی بھلائی نہیں ہوتی ہاں اگر کوئی پوشیدہ طور پر صدقہ و خیرات کی تلقین کرے یا کسی نیک کام کے لیے یا لوگوں کے معاملات میں اصلاح کرنے کے لیے کسی سے کچھ کہے تو یہ البتہ بھلی بات ہے، اور جو کوئی اللہ کی رضا جوئی کے لیے ایسا کرے گا اُسے ہم بڑا اجر عطا کریں گے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

ان کے اکثر مشوروں میں کچھ بھلائی نہیں مگر جو حکم دے خیرات یا اچھی بات یا لوگوں میں صلح کرنے کا اور جو اللہ کی رضا چاہنے کو ایسا کرے اسے عنقریب ہم بڑا ثواب دیں گے، - Ahmed Raza

وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ ٱلرَّسُولَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِۦ مَا تَوَلَّىٰ وَنُصْلِهِۦ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيرًا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And whoso opposeth the messenger after the guidance (of Allah) hath been manifested unto him, and followeth other than the believer's way, We appoint for him that unto which he himself hath turned, and expose him unto hell - a hapless journey's end! - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Whoever defies the Apostle, after the guidance has become manifest to him, and follows a way other than that of the faithful, We shall abandon him to his devices and We shall make him enter hell, and it is an evil destination. - Qarai, Ali Quli

Whoever gives the Messenger a hard time, even after having received clear guidance, and follows a path other than that of the believers, will be left alone. We will cast him into hell, a terrible destination. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And whoever acts hostilely to the Apostle after that guidance has become manifest to him, and follows other than the way of the believers, We will turn him to that to which he has (himself) turned and make him enter hell; and it is an evil resort. - Shakir, Habib

اور جو شخص بھی ہدایت کے واضح ہوجانے کے بعد رسول سے اختلاف کرے گا اور مومنین کے راستہ کے علاوہ کوئی دوسرا راستہ اختیار کرے گا اسے ہم ادھر ہی پھیر دیں گے جدھر وہ پھر گیا ہے اور جہّنم میں جھونک دیں گے جو بدترین ٹھکانا ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

مگر جو شخص رسول کی مخالفت پر کمر بستہ ہو اور اہل ایمان کی روش کے سوا کسی اور روش پر چلے، درآں حالیکہ اس پر راہ راست واضح ہو چکی ہو، تو اُس کو ہم اُسی طرف چلائیں گے جدھر وہ خود پھر گیا اور اسے جہنم میں جھونکیں گے جو بد ترین جائے قرار ہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور جو رسول کا خلاف کرے بعد اس کے کہ حق راستہ اس پر کھل چکا اور مسلمانوں کی راہ سے جدا راہ چلے ہم اُسے اُس کے حال پر چھوڑ دیں گے اور اسے دوزخ میں داخل کریں گے اور کیا ہی بری جگہ پلٹنے کی - Ahmed Raza

اور جو راہِ ہدایت کے واضح ہو جانے کے بعد رسول کی مخالفت کرے اور اہل ایمان کے راستے کے خلاف چلے، تو ہم اسے ادھر ہی جانے دیں گے، جدھر وہ گیا ہے (ہم اسے کرنے دیں گے جو کچھ وہ کرتا ہے)۔ اور اسے آتش دوزخ کا مزا چکھائیں گے اور یہ بہت بری جاءِ بازگشت ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

بِٱللَّهِ
with Him
فَقَدْ
thus certainly
ضَلَّ
has astrayed
ضَلَٰلًۢا
deceivingly
بَعِيدًا
afar.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَن يُشْرَكَ بِهِۦ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَمَن يُشْرِكْ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلًۢا بَعِيدًا Certainly the One not forgives that they add authorities with Him, and may forgive what is lower than that for whom He desires; and whoever added authorities with Him thus certainly has astrayed deceivingly afar.

Lo! Allah pardoneth not that partners should be ascribed unto Him. He pardoneth all save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah hath wandered far astray. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Indeed Allah does not forgive that any partner should be ascribed to Him, but He forgives anything besides that to whomever He wishes. And whoever ascribes partners to Allah has certainly strayed into far error. - Qarai, Ali Quli

And surely I will lead them astray, and surely I will arouse desires in them, and surely I will command them and they will cut the cattle' ears, and surely I will command them and they will change Allah's creation. Whoso chooseth Satan for a patron instead of Allah is verily a loser and his loss is manifest. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

and I will lead them astray and give them [false] hopes, and prompt them to slit the ears of cattle, and I will prompt them to alter Allah]s creation.] Whoever takes Satan as a guardian instead of Allah has certainly incurred a manifest loss. - Qarai, Ali Quli

We will enter them in
جَنَّٰتٍۢ
gardens,
تَجْرِى
flowing
مِن
from
تَحْتِهَا
under them
ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ
the rivers,
خَٰلِدِينَ
they will be living
فِيهَآ
in them
أَبَدًۭا
forever
ۖ
وَعْدَ
— promise of
ٱللَّهِ
the One
حَقًّۭا
truthfully —
ۚ
وَمَنْ
and who is
أَصْدَقُ
more truthful
مِنَ
than
ٱللَّهِ
the One
قِيلًۭا
at declaring (a promise)?

١٢٢
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ سَنُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًۭا ۖ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقًّۭا ۚ وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ قِيلًۭا And the ones who are of firm conviction, and did the constructive things We will enter them in gardens, flowing from under them the rivers, they will be living in them forever — promise of the One truthfully — and who is more truthful than the One at declaring (a promise)?
⦿
But as for those who believe and do good works We shall bring them into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide for ever. It is a promise from Allah in truth; and who can be more truthful than Allah in utterance? - Pickthall, Marmaduke

But those who have faith and do righteous deeds, We will admit them into gardens with streams running in them, to remain in them forever—a true promise of Allah, and who is truer in speech than Allah? - Qarai, Ali Quli
