ہم نے موسیٰؑ کو وحی کے ذریعہ سے حکم دیا کہ ——مار اپنا عصا سمندر پر—— یکایک سمندر پھَٹ گیا اور اس کا ہر ٹکڑا ایک عظیم الشان پہاڑ کی طرح ہو گیا - Maududi, Abul A'ala

تو ہم نے موسیٰ کو وحی فرمائی کہ دریا پر اپنا عصا مار تو جبھی دریا پھٹ گیا تو ہر حصہ ہوگیا جیسے بڑا پہاڑ - Ahmed Raza
